I've had a pair for over ten years. They are plastic, hi-index. a few years ago they started to turn yellow and are now noticeably yellow. Is this caused by UV exposure? can it be prevented?
I'm having new plastic lenses made, by Essilor, I think. Are the newer lenses less, with their newer materials and technology, less prone to yellowing? Thanks!
